Health Benefits
The Borough’s health plan is a Self-Insured “public plan” and is not
regulated by ERISA. The Plan Sponsor reserves the right to amend or
terminate the Plan, subject to the provisions of applicable Collective
Bargaining Agreements.
All Regular employees of the Fairbanks North Star Borough, provided they
are Eligible Employee or Dependent as defined in the
Health Benefit Plan
