Employee Online Service is available now!
In the future you will be directed to this site to view your paystubs.
You will also be able to view and update your Address and Federal Tax Status. You are able to view but not change the following:
Emergency Contact, Direct Deposit Information, Current and Historical Employment Information and a handy Employee Directory.
The Forms and What If buttons will link you directly to the main HR website.
This is a new system so you will only see check stub information for 2015. This database will grow over time. Historical check stubs
(prior to 2015) can still be accessed through the main HR website.
This service is
LIVE now and available for your use –
“Employee Online”. To log in for the first time you will use your employee ID
(the same one you use for NovaTime, except that you do need to use the leading zeros, for a total of eight digits).
Your password for first time users is your social security number without dashes). You will be prompted to change your password.
You must use a password that is at least 8 characters long and includes at least one number.
Remember, all future paystub notifications will direct you to
this site so get started now!
