You may click on the link below to view the 2009 Tax-Foreclosed Properties List.  This list shows what properties will be offered for Sale in the upcoming auction.  

Note:  The list will be updated as any changes to the number of properties are made.  If you see a large X through a listing, that property is no longer delinquent and taxes have been paid.  If you see that a bid amount has been crossed out and a new amount is shown that means that there has been a partial payment on the taxes, therefore reducing the minimum bid amount.  

Beginning Monday, June 25, 2012 a current list of properties will be available along with property specific information in our office.  This information includes litigation reports, maps and pictures of the property, land size, zoning, assessed value and minimum bid amount.  This property specific information is available for viewing only in the Land Management Department.  We are unable to share any property specific information by fax, email or telephone.
