Any action taken during this meeting is subject to reconsideration during this meeting or at the next.  A request for reconsideration at the next meeting must be submitted in writing by a Platting Board member (who voted on the prevailing side) by the close of business the day following the meeting. 

 

There is a seven-day appeal period for any preliminary approval given by the Platting Board.

Application for Extension of Time

         

1.

SD 018-99 Bleu Birch Subdivision – A request by RCH & Associates for a two-year extension of the preliminary approval given Markgraf Trust to subdivide approximately 26 acres into ten lots in two phases, lots varying in size from 2 to 3 acres within Sec 21, T5S R4E, FM AK (located off the Richardson Hwy).  PRELIMINARY APPROVAL GIVEN SEPTEMBER 23, 1998.

1.

RP 012-01 – A request by Kalen & Associates for Tarika Lea and Tracy Freel to replat Lots 13 and 14, Blk 14, Cripple Creek II Subdivision 1st Addition, totaling 4.61 acres, by adding 9,452 sq ft from Lot 14 to Lot 13 within Sec 25, T1S R3W, FM AK (located on Fiddle Way).

SD 045-00 Tranquility Woods Subdivision – A request by Fred and Colleen Kuykendall on behalf of William and Linda Mae Thompson to subdivide a 10-acre parcel into four lots ranging in size from 1 to 5 acres within the N½ N½ NW¼ SE¼, Sec 13, T2S R2E, FM AK (located on Nelson Rd).  POSTPONED FROM THE JUNE 28, 2000 PLATTING BOARD MEETING.
