COMMUNITY PLANNING

Zoning information about your property

There is a new box in the lower right of the assessment notice with an abbreviation representing the zoning designation (or more than one abbreviation, separated by slashes).  For your property, you may also have a "Primary Zone" and "Overlay Zone" indicated.  These are further discussed below.  If it is not indicated whether the zone is primary or overlay, the property only has primary zone(s).
Your zoning designation can be found on your assessing notice:

The FNSB's primary zones are listed below alphabetically.  Please click on the zone abbreviation to read the standards of that zone.  If you have any questions or require further information, please contact Community Planning at (907) 459-1260 or zoning@fnsb.us.
