NOTICE OF SERVICE AREA ELECTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 26, 2013, a Service Area Election of the Fairbanks North Star Borough will be held within the following Service Areas: 

Voters have 2 options to cast a ballot:

1. In person at the Borough Clerk's Office during regular hours from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 19, 2013 THROUGH ELECTION DAY. (Excluding weekends and holidays)

2. Request a ballot by mail or facsimile. Applications for ballot must be in writing. An application for an absentee ballot by mail must be postmarked not less than seven days before the election for which the ballot is sought. An application for ballot by facsimile must be received by the Clerk no less than the day immediately preceding the election.
