NOTICE OF SERVICE AREA ELECTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 27, 2012, a Service Area Election of the Fairbanks North Star Borough will be held within the following Service Areas:

ORDINANCE NO. 2012-04   (Haystack Road Service Area)

1.       In person at the Borough Clerk's Office during regular hours from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 22, 2012 THROUGH ELECTION DAY. (Excluding week-ends and holidays) 

2.       Request a ballot by mail or facsimile.  Applications for ballot must be in writing.  An application for an absentee ballot by mail must be postmarked not less than seven days before the election for which the ballot is sought.  An application for ballot by facsimile must be received by the Clerk not less than the day immediately preceding the election.
