Cleaning Requirements
For Pioneer Park Facilities
Alaska Centennial Center For The Arts
  • All glass areas should be checked and cleaned of fingerprints and left over pieces of tape.
  • All user groups are required to clean all four restrooms. (North & South lobbies – 2nd Level and North & South Vestibules – 3rd Level.)
  • Pick up litter and empty trashcans. Replacement liners are in the bottom of the can.
  • Clean urinals/toilets/sinks – wipe mirrors.
  • Mop floors. 
  • Do not stack tables higher than the table cart handles. Stack tables legs down.
  • Final cleaning must be performed the day of the event if another event is scheduled in the facility the following day.  
  • 6’ and 8’ tables should be stacked separately.  
  • Tables are required to be wiped down/cleaned before being stacked on the racks. 
  • Stack chairs no more than 10 high.

Church
  • Clean toilets/sinks – wipe mirrors in restrooms.
  • Pick up litter and empty trashcans.
  • Take out all decorations to include flowers & pew decorations, such as bows, candles, etc.
  • Vacuum carpet and floors.

Dressing Rooms
  • Dressing tabletops, sink, and mirrors must be cleaned after each use.
  • Floors must be swept and wet mopped with commercial disinfectant after every use.
  • Pick up all litter and empty trash.
  • Tiled showers must be cleaned with commercial disinfectant/anti-bacterial agent.
