Storm Water Ordinances

The Fairbanks North Star Borough, City of Fairbanks, and City of North Pole have worked collaboratively to develop uniform storm water regulations for the Fairbanks area. Between 2008 and 2009, each entity adopted near identical ordinances to provide residents, businesses, and other users of the storm drain system with consistent regulations across the Fairbanks area (regardless of jurisdictional boundaries). The following is the list of these adopted ordinances.
