FNSB Libraries provides public access computers at the North Pole Library.
During limited library services due to COVID-19, computer sessions may be reserved by calling the North Pole Library Help Desk at 488-6101. Sessions are available from Tuesday – Saturday during the following times:
Session #1: 11:00am -11:45am
Session #2: 12:00pm – 12:45pm
Session #3: 1:00pm – 1:45pm
Session #4: 2:00pm – 2:45pm
Session #5: 3:00pm – 3:45pm
Session #6: 4:00pm – 4:45pm
Patrons are allowed one session per day.
If you are not able to keep your appointment, please call the North Pole Library Help Desk at 488-6101 as soon as possible.
Patrons should leave enough time to gather personal items and vacate the terminal when the session ends in order to allow library staff ample time to disinfect surfaces due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
All terminals have the ability to print with a cost of .10 per page black and white or .50 per page color print.
A self-service fax machine is available for cost for patrons with existing appointments. Patrons are able to fax out, but are not able to receive faxes at the library. Prepaid fax cards can be purchased at the Help Desk at North Pole. The cost to fax to the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean is $1.75 for the first page, and $1.00 for each additional page. For all other countries, the cost is $3.95 for the first page, and $3.45 for each additional page.
We are sorry for any inconvenience but our scanner is unavailable at this time. For all scanning services, please contact the Noel Wien Library Reference Desk at 459-1045
